Rivals.com Tennessee EDGE *Educational Development Growth Enhancement* learning program Welcomed, Mr. Blaine Bishop, Ex-Tennessee Titans Hall of Famer The Tennessee EDGE would like to thank Mr. Blaine Bishop for kicking off our 2010 player workshop. Mr. Bishop, Educational Speaker with the National Collegiate Scouting Association, spoke to our player's and parents about the importance of an education and balancing sports at the next level. Both he and President Tony Thompson, National Scout, with NCSA Sports gave all of our player's some very valuable knowledge that will help them with their recruiting process. Our student athletes, especially during this very tough economical times, must make sure they focus on education first, while developing the necessary skills that it takes to play sports at the next level. Blaine made it clear that when it comes to recruiting, it's not only the player's responsibility, his family must support them as well.
